It’s like your annual check-up—but for your gluten-free life.

Not Your Standard Follow-Up

You’ve likely heard this before at a doctor’s visit:
“Are you still gluten-free?”

But research—and real-world experience—tell us that’s not enough.

According to the 2023 Celiac Disease Guidelines from the American College of Gastroenterology, follow-up care should go beyond checking TTG-IgA or repeating a biopsy. Antibody levels can normalize even when the gut hasn’t fully healed, and simply asking about the diet often misses unintentional or unknown gluten exposures.

That’s where this session—and working with a Celiac Disease-specialized dietitian—makes all the difference.

Why It Matters Now

Celiac Disease is lifelong. Your care should grow with you.

The Celiac Wellness Check goes deeper than a brief check-in or routine bloodwork. It’s a comprehensive, personalized session designed to assess:

Adherence to the gluten-free diet (based on behavior, not just intention)

Nutritional adequacy and diet quality

Symptom patterns and their underlying causes

✅ Risk factors for other chronic conditions and opportunities for long-term prevention and management

Annual follow-up with a Celiac Disease-trained professional is recommended—even if you feel fine—because symptoms, nutrient gaps, and long-term risks don’t always show up in routine labs.

Celiac Care Is the Foundation—Not the Finish Line

Managing Celiac Disease is essential—but it’s only one part of your overall health picture. This session also helps you explore ways to:

✅ Support consistent energy and immune resilience
✅ Identify risks for related conditions like nutrient deficiencies, bone loss, thyroid imbalance, or metabolic issues
✅ Address lifestyle factors that impact well-being—like stress, sleep, and mental clarity

When Life Changes, So Should Your Care Plan

The Celiac Wellness Check is designed for those already living gluten-free who want to reassess, get expert feedback, and continue building a strong foundation for long-term health.

This session is especially valuable if you’re:

✅ Due for an annual check-in to evaluate gluten-free diet adherence and nutrition
✅ Entering a new phase of life—like fertility, pregnancy, perimenopause, or healthy aging
✅ Managing Celiac Disease alongside other health concerns or evolving lifestyle demands

We look at everything through the lens of your Celiac Disease and digestive health—but we don’t stop there. From stress and sleep to nutrient gaps and chronic disease prevention, our goal is to help individuals with Celiac Disease feel their best—no matter where they are in their journey.

➡️ Because your care plan should evolve with you—not stay stuck in the past.

Managing More Than Just Celiac? We’ve Got You.

If you're also managing:

Metabolic concerns (e.g., insulin resistance, PCOS, diabetes)
Thyroid conditions (e.g., Hashimoto’s)
Digestive issues (e.g., IBS, SIBO, GERD)
Nutrient deficiencies (e.g., iron, B12, vitamin D)
Autoimmune conditions (e.g., lupus, rheumatoid arthritis)

...this check-in helps connect the dots—so your Celiac Disease care fuels your full picture of wellness.

You deserve structure, clarity, and personalized support—not just for staying gluten-free, but for living fully and feeling well.

Who Is It For?

This session is designed for anyone with Celiac Disease, whether newly diagnosed or years into your journey. It’s ideal if you:

  • Want to confirm you’re truly gluten-free and not being exposed

  • Have lingering symptoms and need expert guidance

  • Want to optimize your nutrition and whole-body health

  • Need help understanding lab results or next steps with your doctor

This is not a step-by-step Celiac Disease management program (that’s what my Gluten-Free Foundations course is for). But it is the perfect way to check in, regroup, and get expert eyes on your current routine.
